Trinity Faith Diamond cares about your child, and strives to provide excellent child care. Our goal is to provide safe and secure childcare for every child.

This page provides some of the information you and your child will need to know as you settle into your new childcare surroundings. Included are details of our services, our philosophies, how we are organized, and information about the day care environment.

We are depending on you to help us provide the highest quality childcare service by getting involved and expressing concerns. Sharing our goals will enable you to contribute to, and share in the success of our children's future.

Trinity recognizes the full gospel as our way of living and invites you and your child to utilize our childcare services. The administration, faculty and staff are dedicated to promoting social, emotional and educational growth to our children.

Faith Diamond Christian Academy offers a pre-school program from A BEKA Book curriculum. The academy is open to all children regardless of race, sex, religion, or national origin.

All parents and children must agree to adhere to all the rules and regulations and maintain high standards of Christian conduct according to the Full Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Signing In and Out

Trinity Faith Diamond will be open Monday-Friday from 6:30a.m 6:00p.m.

Only the individuals that are listed on the child care application win be authorized to pick-up your child, unless prior arrangements in writing have been provided.

Please sign your child in and out every day.

FIELD TRIPS

Parents will be notified in advance of the planned field trip. Parents are welcome and encouraged to join. Please acknowledge your interest in attending by checking the appropriate box on the permission slip.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Child care fees are due on each Monday, unless other arrangements have been authorized. Checks or money orders shall be the standard form of payment unless otherwise prearranged.

Trinity Faith Diamond reserves, the right to terminate child care for delinquency or non-payment of fees.

All parents are required to provide at least a two week written notice to withdraw a child from our child care program.

In the event a check is not honored by your bank for any reason, we reserve the right to request other forms of payment.

The first week tuition in advance, and a $25.00 registration fee shall be required at the time of registration.

MEDICAL POLICY

A complete school physical is required, along with a current copy of your child's immunization records,

If your child requires medication, you must fill out the Medical Request form. Please complete fully providing detailed instructions. All medication must be in their original containers with the original labels intact.

If your child becomes ill, you will be called and expected to come and get your child promptly.

Please keep your child home if he or she:

  • Has a fever or has had one during the previous 24-hour period.
  • Has been diagnosed with strep and has not been taking antibiotics for more that 24 hours.
  • Has a heavy nasal discharge.
  • Has a chronic cough.
  • Is fussy, cranky, and generally out of sorts or is just tired. (Rest at such times may prevent the development of serious illness.)
  • Has symptoms of a possible communicable disease (sniffles, reddened eyes, sore throat, headache, abdominal pain, and fever.)

Please notify us at once if the child does have a communicable disease.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Personal Items: Please label all personal items with your child's name. (Blankets, change of clothes, towels, coats, etc ...)
Toys: To eliminate the possibility of your child being disappointed with a broken or lost toy, we strongly recommend that they use the toys we provide for them. These toys have been carefully selected to meet the needs of your child. A soft cuddly naptime toy will be accepted.
Naptime: Parents are asked to provide a crib-size sheet, a child's blanket, and pillow for naptime.

CLOTHING

A complete change of clothes labeled with your child's name must remain at the premises at all times.

Your child will be given maximum consideration as an individual. It is our intention to look after your child's health and safety while he or she is at the Academy, and present a planned program geared to what we believe to be developmentally sound, and educationally beneficial.

Trinity Faith Diamond has an open door policy. Parents are always welcome.


OBLIGATIONS OF PARENTS OR GUARDIANS

  • A parent or guardian shall furnish requested medical information not more than ten days after enrollment.
  • A parent, guardian or designated representative of the child's parents shall sign the child in and out on the appropriate register daily.
  • The parents or guardian shall notify the Academy when someone other than those named on the application will be calling for the child.
  • The parents or guardians shall provide the child with a nutritious lunch or purchase one from the school cafeteria.
  • For children under 5 years old, the parents or guardians shall provide the child with a crib size sheet, child's blanket, and pillow for naptime.
  • The parents or guardians shall see that the child is dressed appropriately when brought to the Academy. (ex., sweater or coat for cooler weather).
  • The parents, or guardian shall notify the Academy of the child's possible exposure to a communicable disease.
  • The parents shall notify the Academy when the child is absent.
  • The parents or guardians shall give a two week's notice or forfeit two week's tuition and fees in case of withdrawal from the program.
  • The parents or guardians shall respect the religious nature of our program.
  • The parents or guardians shall refrain from reprimanding children of other families while on the premises.
  • The parents or guardians shall come to the Academy for conferences when asked to do so by a member of the Academy's staff.
